Is This The Right Step for Me?
This is for anyone who has experienced significant loss and desires to feel better and move forward in life. When people see the word loss, they often think of death. However, this program isn't limited to death. Many participants have experienced changes in their health, financial status, loss of trust, relationships or one of the other 40 types of losses experienced in a lifetime.
As an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, I am not going to ask you to do anything that I haven't gone through in this process. Recovering from loss is accomplished by discovering and completing all of the undelivered communications that accrue in relationships. If we knew how to process and proceed in our new normal, most of us would have done that already. Most of us recognize that change and transitions in life are inevitable and they may create unforseen anxiety, stress and pain. The goal is to reconnect, recover and rediscover life.
